1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VTU Axis ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Services Provided
VTU Axis provides instant virtual top-up services including airtime purchases for all major networks, data subscriptions, cable TV subscriptions (DStv, GOtv, etc.), electricity bill payments, and other utility services. Service availability, rates, and offerings are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current. Wallet funds are non-refundable except in cases of service failure on our part. You agree not to share your account with others and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Payment & Transactions
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Charges are immediate and funds are deducted from your wallet upon transaction completion. We are not responsible for delays caused by network providers or third-party service providers. Failed transactions will not deduct funds. Custom and promotional rates are subject to availability and may change. Resellers and bulk buyers must agree to special terms before receiving discounted rates.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our Platform for: (a) fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities; (b) bypassing security measures or attempting unauthorized access; (c) reselling or redistributing services without authorization; (d) spam or harassment; (e) violating any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these provisions. Suspicious activities will be reported to relevant authorities.
6. API Usage Terms
Developers using our API must comply with our API documentation and rate limits. API keys are for personal use only and must not be shared. Excessive requests or abuse may result in account suspension. We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime. Rate limiting applies to all API endpoints, and exceeding limits will result in temporary blocking.
7. Limitation of Liability
VTU Axis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for third-party service provider failures or delays.
